Some items require assembly, and are subject to assembly times, so if you are leaving for a trip and need an item by a specific date, please make sure to contact us to make sure your item will be delivered. - Returns & Replacements
- Most items from Interphone carry a 2 year warranty. Benchmark Helmets will replae items at our discretion under this period. All items sent back to Benchmark Helmets will need a RMA number on the box or may be refused when delivered. If you would like to request an RMA please contact us. Some items such as helmets with headsets installed may be not be returnable, and are for exchange only. On all items where there was no mistake by Benchmark Helmets, the buyer will assume all return shipping costs. Any non-defective items returned may be subject to a restocking fee, and used items may not be returned for a refund.
- Ordering
- Orders placed on imcmoto.com will be processed immediately and a confirmation and receipt will be sent to the provided e-mail address. Upon shipment a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. You may login to your account at any time to check on the status of your order. We do not provide a paper copy of your receipt in an effort to reduce waste. All orders are fully encrypted and secure for your safety.

- We do not provide discounts on our products, you may check with one of our dealers in order to get discounted pricing.
